old reiichi was a oneshot headshot semi-auto on round 1 because people didn't have armor if he took HS damage(he didn't have damage up back then). Not only did they nerf his damage but they also increased base HP which really took away his ability to just randomly murder people.
He can have a big impact on several maps without even shooting but at lower levels people do NOT know how to play around his wall so it will often feel like he does nothing or is even actively detrimental to his team because people will not play to his strengths.
