Fair enough, but banning detached single family dwellings and forcing everyone to live in a high density hellscape without parking that outlaws home ownership and yards isn't the solution.
The solution is to build in undeveloped wilderness.
Otherwise, they're just building high density for pretentious east coast transplants, trust fund babies from the east coast, other rich assholes from out-of-state/around the world, and Hollywood weirdos.
