We should do:
Unreverted targe
Reverted splendid screen
Unreverted TT

This way we'll have a good variety. Unreverted targe will be the tanky shield with a crit mechanic based on the length of its charge. Unreverted TT will no longer be able to crit preventing it from being OP. Meanwhile the splendid screen will keep its unique identity of increased charge bonk damage and requiring the bonk to crit.
This way all 3 shields will have a unique purpose and identity.
