Deathshroud are fine. They didn't get the +1A other termies got (and lost 1W), but they have Eternal Warrior and got markedly cheaper, which is fine.
But power axes could afford being AP2 (especially now they don't get +1A), and Reaping 2 is definitely not worth +10 pts.
