The whole kurdoss/olynder charade is funny as fuck, they're definitely up there for me. There's also that one fec guy being the only one of his entire race that can actually read, and temporarily realises what is actually going on, pretty fun too. Katakros is decently interesting at times. Come to think of it, the death faction characters are ironically the most lively.
I remember cado and price maesa being decently well done characters, at least by BL standards.
Finally he's barely a character, but ever since the gitz announcement trailer I've had a soft spot for skragrott
