No afaik, the spearheads have the common Slaughterpriest. The picrel old aos 1.0 khorne half that later becase an sc-type box had the bloodsecrator and khorgorath, unique to that box at the time. The bloosecrator would go on in another box as well iirc, but the khorgorath would remain unique to that set. However, it was plastic, thus it remained all this time.
