No they will not detonate spontaneously but the very first nukes had very rudimentary failsafes which could have shorted out and trigger the mechanism by mistake
But quite quickly the failsafes were improved and there are multiples of them, in modern nukes its impossible for them to detonate by accident

The problem is the radioactive material is extremely dangerous so the more cause of concern is niggers just dumping the shit into the nearest river/ocean like pajeets do with their garbage
