Muscular girls usually don't have large breasts, but according to the game's logic they're J and F cups.
Their shapes have been adjusted a bit with wideslider though.

Crashing on exit was always related to some bugged out plugin for me. I'd try removing the plugins first then slowly adding them back. Make sure you read and understand what each plugin does.
