- Sonic Adventure 1 (Longclaw and the Echidnas; Longclaw takes the place of Chaos)
- Stay Sonic (Sonic being raised by an owl)

>Sonic 2
>Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Tails introduction; The Death Egg; The Chaos Emeralds)
>Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles (Knuckles, the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emeralds)
>Sonic Adventure 1 (the genocide of the Echidnas done by Longclaw; Longclaw protecting the location of the Master Emerald)
> Sonic Adventure 2 (The creation of GUN and the appeareance of the GUN Commander)
> AOSTH; Sonic the Comic (Eggman taking power from the emeralds himself, rather than just powering a machine)

>Sonic the Hedgehog 3
> Sonic Adventure 2 (its basically the same plot)
> Shadow the Hedgehog (Shadow's amnesia, the black comet)
