I get the impression it's less, "oh they like Olga" but more that they acknowledge that Nasu wants Olga to be important for the plot and so they're responding to that.
The bulk of the Chaldea staff like Binchi and Nemo just kinda exist, them getting shilling or spotlights might do well but it's less for their writing itself and more, "Well they are main characters in the plot."
