I do agree with this point, that’s the cost of being a “global village”. But please understand my field is hiring all kinds of engineers from manual (prod) job to comfy “coders” and even lousy scrum masters bullshiters. Problem is, they want software clicking on the keyboard stuff while:
>not understanding/ not clarifying requirements
>refusing ((straight away)) to even talk to the client
>refusing to negotiate ((because they do not even fucking understand what’s their own job is about // don’t have skills to do this))
>want 10.000+$ for having a degree and zero (0) knowledge about the field
>no other experience ((I am willing to talk / hire even with a fucking bartender who know what happened to Danfoss agregats and why))
>being offline gooning half of the day while unavailable on teams ((they think we don’t know))
