i got a recommended video in my YouTube homepage about Vegetto vs Omega Shenron as a Sparking Zero What If, and it got me to wondering how much more Vegetto would've fucked around and pranked Omega since Gogeta tends to be the more serious and punctual of the two of them, but still threw the fight goofing off. lol
although, back then Potara was still permanent, so maybe they could've fucked around with him for as long as they wanted. hahaha

i felt a pit form in my stomach reading this. i don't mind if they feel like that about everything up till now, but in the wake of Toriyama's passing, when people are clamoring for reassurance as to where the series is headed, i would REALLY hope they're going to do one of two things.
either settle on a main continuity moving forward chosen from the available material produced while Toriyama was alive–or–communicate what they're saying here to the appropriate parties at Toei and Shueisha, so they can start including EVERYTHING in their games. the DBS manga, game-exclusive characters like Android 21 (if licenses can be secured within reason), and Dragon Ball Heroes material. EVERYTHING. celebrate the totality of what Toriyama's work blossomed into throughout his life.
