I watched the first season ages ago but I can't speak on the quality past that. I also like Psycho and if you love Vera, it's hard not to enjoy it to some degree. It's also pretty easy to self-insert if you too are a young guy into mommy Farmiga. She dies near the end unsurprisingly so I didn't wanna devote all that time watching the rest.
