If they are derived from a FSN timeline, yes. So it's cursed in Zero, cursed in UBW and HF, likely cursed in SF because those idiots got a portion of the grail during the 3rd HGW.
It is NOT cursed in Apocrypha and in none of the Sub-HGWs derived from it. Which is why the faulty failsafes are working and the grail deployed a Ruler (Jeanne D'arc). Rulers are sent when there is a risk the world gets destroyed.
