One thing people often don't see is that, statistically, most people are incompatible with most people. There are a handful of people that have a TON of friends, but the networks we form socially have a lot of nodes that are only connected to a small number of people. This shouldn't leave you isolated, however. I mean we are currently having a perfectly fine conversation and even though you feel demotivated right now neither of us would run out of tism any time soon.
