Does it matter for the syntax if it's 2girl, 2girls, or 2 girl?

Are upscaling models all stuck at the rate they are at or can I set them lower? All I see are bullshit 2x/4x nonsense but I'd like something about 1.25 1.5x max just so I can gen at lower res to save some time.
