Kutno is a sleepy town. The most expensive room of my Poland trip at 140 PLN - still the cheapest on offer in town. Hostel Soleil is strangely located on the edge of an industrial sector with metal junkyards and workshops on the far side of town. The owner, a 60 year old lady, was happy to see an American and even put on some classical music while I was cooking dinner in the spotless kitchen. The first genuine welcome of this trip. Returning to my room around 10 PM I saw a pajeet carrying a case of beer to his room. Yep, migrants truly are everywhere...here in Poland they are always alone and minding their own business, unlike other countries where they loiter in groups and harass people.

There seems to be a graffiti war going on in the area between White Power skinheads and Zionist youth gangs, each of them marking their respective symbols on their turf.
