I've asked this on /v/ too and no one has an answer. Basically i wanna explore settings like Carcer City from Manhunt, Condemened Criminal Origins or even Cry of Fear's setting. I've even given a rare example game from David Szymanski called Butcher's Creek. And there's some old abandonware Russian game called Traque that does it, king pin also may classify.
