get the T-55AM-1, BMD-4M, and then grind the BMP-2, and BMP-3. If you like fast rat tanks, you'll have a ton of fun and it'll be worth it.

See if you like the MBTs or rat tanks more, and then build a lineup around them. They're all good. Talisman the BMP-3 for sure, and grind the 2s25 if you like that playstyle.

BMD-4M is a faster BMP-3 with a much quicker ATGM reload rate, good gun, good thermals, but 9.3 *on the weekend especially* is constant 10.3 up tiers. your IFV's are going to be fine at 9.3 but I'd stay at 9.0 if you end up not liking the playstyle and preferring your T-55s and T-62, until you get the T-72A and T-64A.

tl;dr russia 9.0 and 9.3 are genuinely really fun and it only gets better at 10.3. If you just spade everything the grind is really quick.
