i was trying to do a ribbon run starting from sapphire but i realized by the time i actually got near finished bank would be shut down on top of being another like 700 dollar investment on handhelds i no longer had and their games
it's kindof a mixed bag for me, i acknowledge emulator speedups ruin the feel but at the same time i work 10 hours a day 5 days a week and CANNOT be fucked to do shit like grind for ivs/evs anymore

outside of pokemon though there are a lot of games where i feel like i can't enjoy it without a larger screen though. the hardware doesnt matter but having the original controller/screen really impacts the feel of a game for me
