Ok, I played Enshrouded for the first time since it came out because Dune was just too fucking annoying with all the dumbass, idiotic design decisions, and holy shit its GOOD. The building system is LEAGUES better than this blocky shit, you can pretty much make anything you want with a bit of work because you can go as small as you want with the blocks, ALL blocks. There's variety in enemy types, not just three dudes with a gun and two dudes with blades, and the graphics are just better, the damned game is gorgeous. You can also make a cosy village of crafting npcs, and even just townsfolk that dont do much other than mill around and use the amenities, because the devs actually know what survival builders are all about, which is cosy and autistic building of your perfect escapist fantasy, NOT PvP against jeets and chinks. Oh and the combat? Its FUN, especially if you ramp it up with extra spawns. You have to be tactical about it, and you can take out big groups relatively easy, but if you do stupid shit, you get rekt. Oh, and there's DIFFUCULTY SETTINGS, GOOD FUCKING LORD. You can make the game as hard or as easy as you goddamned want it to be, grindy or not, your choice. I put up the spawns to the max, and lowered their xp yield, yolo, and having a goddamned blast clearing hordes of mobs with my pimped out mace and sword.

The ONLY niggle I have is the fucking chibi character proportions, just fucking WHY. It would've been the PERFECT survival building game without that infantile bullshit, why not make characters that look like normal adults?

With all that said, see you guys in a year. Maybe by then this fucking game will have some content, if Funcoms fedora tipping autistic retardation hasnt killed it by then
