My job is one of the rings of hell. I think it was designed by the Archons themselves to maximize suffering. System is somehow simultaneously horrible for everyone involved. The client facing software is horrible. The internal software is often even worse. I don't even understand how they could make something so awful. I feel genuinely bad for anyone who feel for the meme. It's a major company too but their systems are so horrendously broken I'm not sure how it's even legal. I wouldn't be surprised to see this place gets hit by a class action lawsuit some point in the future
