1) They work better as a couple then Chenrich does imo.
2) Izzie is super likable.
3) They broke up mainly due to Steph being incredibly unreasonable. So I think it is easy to imagine things not getting to that point with them or Steph simply being more empathetic.

Much like with Chasemarsh, it is just a ship that I really like. Even if I am in the clear minority.
