I'm just trying to figure out how we got to the point where "Decade Old Game: Marginally Better Resolution Edition" and "ROMs you pay a monthly subscription for" are the killer apps you market for your console launch. I'm old enough to remember when new hardware actually meant something. And I'm not saying that Nintendo is the lone guilty party complicit in this garbage, but they're certainly the ones that are getting the biggest pass for it.
