BA's lore is basically the whole "Mystery Box" idea of story telling and half the things they thrown out don't even have an answer yet and will be figured out later at best or are just meant to bait the 2deep4u lore autists into writing the story for the writers and giving the illusion of depth which doesn't actually exist.

Make no mistake, there actually is some real world building and lore with a degree of structure to it, vague and not in focus as most of this is. However, the world building is also a disjointed mess that relies on building mystery with little intent of ever answering it. Especially with a huge chunk of the original creative team, particularly the former lead writer for the setting, having left to do Red Archive and are on record wanting to sabatoge the game. If they didn't keep the real answers, if they ever had any, to themselves before passing things over I'd be incredibly surprised.

If they ever do start trying to seriously answer this stuff get worried that EoS in imminent.
