yeah sugar and seed oils are terrible but what is so unhealthy about the modern American diet is all of the nutrients missing from popular foods. So what happens is, people eat American foods and do not feel satiated. Their brains however are being hyper stimulated by the flavoring agents and fancy colors and advertisements like on your cereal boxes and Pop Tarts. For example, the brain will continue to signal hunger when magnesium and potassium is not obtained. Much of the additives will block or displace nutrients from being absorbed making the person want to keep eating Oreos forever in and endless loop just to feel stimulated but never satiated. It really should not be possible to eat an entire box of Oreos without feeling sick yet it is and that is not a coincidence.
