>Do you worship inanna?
Yes.
>Is your dynamic like a goddess and follower or like a wife and husband?
I see her as guiding force, someone I call upon when I am faced with great challenge, in return I give thanks to her. The latter is called godspousing and I do not practice it. I recognize a pantheon of gods.
>Do you believe she's real?
As real as roses that grow in my garden.
>A manifestation of your own psyche?
I think my psyche 'knows' who she is.
>An emanation of a greater god/goddess?
I see them as part of a godly family, sure there are the creator gods, Tiamat and Apsu. You're standing on Tiamat right now. You are 'created' by your mother and father. Does that mean you're just a lesser part of them? I don't think so. Just like how waves crest and bow, sons and daughters can rise to eclipse their fathers and mothers or become shadowed by them.
>Is she her own being?
Yes, but I do associate her with Aphrodite Areia, Venus Victrix, Ishtar, Inanna, Astarte, even Astaroth, so many different names for this goddess in my case. There's some I do not associate her with that others do, namely Isis, Freyja, and Mary. Definitely not Lilith as well. It doesn't mean they are wrong to do so; it's just that I don't. How she comes to them is not a matter I dictate.
As for your final question, it's both. One cannot have a detached analytical perspective with her, even if one wants too. Assuming you have read everything the OP has to offer on Inanna specifically, I recommend Hebrew Goddess, specifically Chapter II on Astarte-Anath, bear in mind it's from 1967 so it does contain some outdated information, but it's a great resource.
