I only started it recently. I've never seen nuwho, but I watched a bunch of people shit on how terrible it was, yet praise classic. I didn't know an archive existed for it until these threads, which was great because prior to that I only found it available on tubi because I was too lazy to get a vpn and too lazy to try and torrent it. I absolutely love Jamie's and the Doctor's chemistry. I know people will meme on it and say shit like they're gay, but to me it's just a very well done portrayal of two dudes becoming best friends. The Doctor also cares more for Jamie than he has any other companion, and I've noticed how often he worries for Jamie first before the other companions. I know from the threads and the show airing like 60 fucking years ago that Jamie and Zoe get their memories wiped, but damn. That one is way more fucked a departure than any of the other ones so far. Only because they forget, and the Doctor loses his best friend. I know he gets his memories back as an old man, but damn.
