2004 3 series we got a nifty little BMW tool box hung from rear deck lid in trunk. Best build quality and neat features, so much better than anything I'd been in or owned.
Move to E90, faster, still a solid build. Notice some of the neat features are gone, tool box, rear pillar lighting that dimmed.
Now 2024 330, drive lights are gone, no ducts to inner front wheel well. Ipad dash. EPS. Turbo 4, its a disaster. Wife loves it, I see death by a thousand cuts. Every aspect is just the result of another cost cutting measure just to be able to bring the car to market and still sell at its price point. Know why the front grill is a solid piece of black plastic now? Because its fucking cheaper? Same reason you dont get drive lights anymore.
