I believe youve answered your own question. Your mind is powerful and needs a place to set itself down and spin. Like a race bearing thats constantly being spun it needs to be put to work. You need to place a load on it before it free-spins itself and shatters. Resume your workouts and writing and find more outlets. Maybe come here and practice your tarot.
