No. Gender dysphoria is only 3x more common in autistic people than in non-autistic people. That sounds like a lot but it's still less than 2% of autistic people beause trannies just aren't that common. You're falling victim to the loudest voices making you think they're far more common than they really are simply by being in your face as much as possible. Also thanks to Elon Musk, it has become very common for people who aren't autistic to claim they are as a cover for their other failings. People who collect diversity labels add on a self diagnosis of autism as easily as a kid taking a sticker off a banana and putting it on their tablet.
