I can't give you advice if I don't know anything about you, so I gave you general advice, like work out and eat well. It sounds to me like you need to detox from your phone. Do you live near any woods? I would start going on phoneless walks in the woods for at least half an hour every day. Nature and her soothing ambience are a ripe bossom for the creative mind. Beethoven is arguably the single most creative musician that ever lived, and he gained much of his inspiration from long, contemplative walks in the woods.
