>I immediately stopped taking it. Took 3-4 days for things to go back to normal.
>Holy shit that was fucking scary.
bullet dodge.
bro just embrace. learn how to style your shit and make it look good until it progresses to the point you shave it off. that's what dudes used to do instead of taking a bunch of drugs. balding is only a problem if you have a soft face AND can't grow a beard. if you have a weak beard or bad coverage on the cheeks and don't get sides from topical min, it can convert vellus hairs -> terminal.

i'm at the point where i'm about to just start making my own shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, and styling products. we were discussing this on /fa/ earlier where an anon was asking chatgpt about scalp and pore irritants in his shampoos he used in the last few years and everything was scoring bad.
the fragrances most commonly used in shampoo are all irritants (in only some people but each product has like 10 of them in them) and linked to alopecia.
im just getting into it but theres there's websites and tons of resources that explain all the common ingredients in hair products, what kinds you should use for what hair/scalp types and issues, what all the additives are and why they're added, how much of it to use, etc. you don't need a chemistry background to understand it.
and there's a bunch of websites that sell all the ingredients, when i was pricing stuff out my $20 sea salt spray that i use would cost me a bit over $30 to make 4L of the exact same stuff with leftovers of some of the ingredients. and i get to leave out the preservatives (mix it in batches as needed) and fragrance.
learning curve isn't much higher than figuring out what off the shelf product works in your hair anyways.
