Has anyone else played sisters and noticed a weird bug where fighting the skaven armies that show up in the witchwood when you do the ritual of rebirth causes you to automatically declare war on clan moulder for some reason

ok I have to ask this, whats the difference between fantasy and old world. people keep talking about it as if they are different things. Is fantasy and old world on different timelines or somthing much like WH3 is on a diff timeline than fantasy?
