the damage system is the most realistic of any game ever, individual parts can be damaged and personnel inside the planes and tanks are simulated along with shrapnel and what not, it's pretty cool. The damage system can be rewarding and frustrating though. If you think planes tanks and even warships are cool this is the only game worth investing your time into. The grind is extensive but it can also be very rewarding. Give it a try and don't listen to jaded retards.
