Looking at the recent Sonic sales figures, I wouldn't be surprised if Activision/Microsoft actually does put Crash into Crossworlds. If they want to fix the Bandicoot's IP decline by introducing him to normies/kids, having him be in a Sonic game (with Spoongebob & Minecraft) would be good exposure.

But I'm not holding my breath.
