you're like two inches taller than I am and I think that bike's seat height is only three inches taller than this one. You'll be fine. I can flat foot this easily.
For manlets like us, weight is always the biggest concern in our first bikes because ~50 lbs isn't a lot to most people but it means almost a third of our body weight to us.
