Could Azerbaijan successful annex Georgia? Seems Russia is only willing to lecture Azerbaijan and occasionally put some meaningless tariffs on them which ultimately doesn't even matter because in the end because Azeri's get their military hardware from Israel and Turkey and actually have a thriving economy, plus Russia needs Azeri pipelines to bypass sanctions levied against them, sanctions that actually have teethe and do negatively effect their economy. Also low key they tolerate Azerbaijani conquest because they fear Iran growing to strong wanted to punish for humoring the idea of Armenia to pivoting further West/N.A.T.O. even if just a little bit.

Honestly I don't think anyone would stop them.
