Ben 10 is, by now, of the longest running franchises on Cartoon Network, the hero transforms into alies using his wristwatch, and there have been several permutations of it, along with toys of it and even actaul watchs that tell time, that's besides action figures of the aliens and stuff.
Ben 10 was a huge sucees for about 2 decades now, which is why it's weird how little societal impact it has.
