It is strange. In the epilogue, when Indra says his “title”, the crowned kanji that normally comes out when a Grand Servant reveals his title is not shown at any point. Nor is there any mention of it in his character profile, nor do the members of Chaldea comment on it because Indra only says it in the epilogue to a group of alcoholic and Indian servants, making a sort of lancer tournament against him.
