If they send half their team to kill a Falcon that means that they're not doing something more important. If they can do that and your team still loses and this is a recurrent issue then you'll simply have to become the warboss and play something like Welkin and corral the retards using the voice commands. Box targets and mark them, lead by example, all that. Use markers to make people do things. A lot of people just need some loose direction.
