Do you have raptor hands?
I do. I used to be very self-conscious about it, and some people would treat me poorly because of it. I spent years actively not doing it, and masking my autism to the point I am now considered a high masking autistic.
Now I don't bother with my hands. I just let myself have comfortable hands. And when someone has a problem with it, I ask them to explain their problem in front of the other coworkers. Which makes them end up looking like a crazy person as they try and explain what people SHOULD do with their hands.
