Yeah I learned that the hard way from vidya, I know my place and draining spell slots like a maniac isn't it. I rolled semi-decent ability scores across the board (a lot of odd numbers though) so I'm not too worried about having to waste resources for hits

Probably a no-brainer. I went with protector for heavy armor prof and also since I'm unsure if we'll have a tanky fighter/paladin lad
