The environment where maneuver warfare is going to happen is one in which unless that tank is amphibby and can speak mandarin it is irrelevant.

But I am sure we'll see maneuver warfare where great legions of panzers blaze across the Russian steppe towards Moscow and Russia decides to graciously exit instead of using their remaining tin-can nukes for what they are meant for (stopping that exact kind of invasion).
