My art didn't improve till I posted it on 4chan and got raked through the coals. My friends were too nice to tell me it looked like shit. In order to improve sometimes someone needs to help you recognize when something looks bad. I am also very lucky to have a better artist I am now friends with, he gives me non beg advice and redlines while I work.
