He's a top 3 character but Ken is actually an outlier in that category. He's the only one in the top 3 or even top 5 that doesn't have anything truly broken. Chun and Yun have their ridiculous supers, god-tier buttons, low-profile and tiny hurtboxes but Ken is just a high-quality Swiss army knife. Fairly good everything across the board.

Ken is top 3 not for his ability to dominate the cast, but more for power to fight the top tiers on even ground.
