I doubt they have sushi in the formaggio central restaurant. I'm now wondering what dishes are very typical for italian cuisine but don't have pasta or a lot of cheese in 'em. I love pasta but sometimes restaurant pastas can be heavy on the stomach.

It depends, sometimes it can feel a bit salty or it can be heavy on the stomach, it's not my favorite dessert but I do think it's heavy. Gotta be well made, and kind of fresh, if I'm being honest.
