Sure, Rio is beautiful. But what do you do once you've taken in the landscape? You can't exactly wander the city at your leisure, there's no really interesting architecture worth writing home about. Is traveling to Brazil really worth it if all you want to do is stay in (the safe areas of) Rio and look at the nice scenery?
