Mexico and all of Central America proper is technically North America, so there you go, those had complex civilizations on par (in at least a decent amount of ways) with some of the most famous Ancient and Medieval civilizations in Eurasia

It may not be as "advanced" as you want, but the Mississippians and other moundbuilders, and the Ancestral Pueblo and other Oasisamericans, had town building agricultural societies. Some sites like Cahokia, pic related got pretty big, larger then any Goth, Gaul, Celtic, Viking etc towns and cities while having similar infanstructure
