this is sort of what i mean by the elaborate way i clarify that i have encountered many types of beings in many forms.. yea they are tangible but you gotta get disconnected from your body to see their tangible planes. obvious there are many long stories to tell here. some of the beings are looking at the same matter we are but from a very different perspective. we don't see our own full existence in the ordinary optical light bandwidth we are usually confined to.

my understanding is that there is a hierarchy of authority and control and someone either the tall whites or above their level of authority is responsible for the decision. this was the reason the little guys took me to meet with the tall whites. when i became able to observe the equipment that was being used to prevent observation of their presence they immediately took me to meet with them when i asked about the function of the equipment. i had noticed that when it was turned on my memory would end. like when you see a bright white light shining down from above your front door as you exit it and then suddenly have no memory after this as you wake the next morning that was the equipment in question in use.

i didn't know of him till your post. plasma? i think it is much deeper than plasma. pretty sure its directly associated with the higgs or some other closely related field. i say this from an unusually informed perspective.. i have seen physical reality do things that others would question their perception over. in the linear context this frame of linear cohesive material reality does not show signs of what can be perceived beyond its quantum foundational parameters. it really is consciousness holding it all together.
